Seasoned French-Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    white potatoes
    seasoning salt
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Peel potatoes (optional).
    Cut into desired wedge size.
    Rinse with cold water and drain.
    Sprinkle liberally with seasoning salt.
    In a deep frying pan, heat enough oil to cover potatoes. Fry until golden brown.
