Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bread
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 lb. sausage
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Tear up bread.
Put in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Brown sausage and drain well.
Spoon over bread.
Sprinkle with cheese. Beat milk, eggs, salt and pepper.
Pour over mixture.
Cover with foil.
Refrigerate overnight.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
