Marinating Sauce For Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 oz. soy sauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar or honey
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. bourbon
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and pour over roast and marinate at least 6 hours, turning after 3 hours.
    This is excellent for beef or pork.
    Charcoal broil roast (chuck takes approximately 30 minutes per side).
