Raisin Sauce For Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raisins
1 c. water
5 cloves
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
pinch of pepper
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cover raisins with water, add cloves and simmer ten minutes. Add sugar, cornstarch, salt and pepper which have already been mixed together.
Stir until slightly thickened and add remaining ingredients.
