Walnut Meringue Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
26 crushed Ritz crackers
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
5 egg whites
Preparation

Beat egg whites with baking powder; add sugar, vanilla, crackers and nuts.
Put into 9-inch buttered pie plate.
Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve with cream (optional).
