Sweet Potato Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. cooked mashed potatoes (sweet)
    1 egg, beaten
    4 1/2 to 5 c. flour
    melted butter
Preparation
    Line
    a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with heavy-duty aluminum foil. Dissolve
    yeast
    in warm water; set aside.\tScald milk. Add sugar,
    salt,
    spices
    and\tbutter.
    Stir until butter is almost melted.
    Pour
    over
    sweet\tpotatoes;
    beat
    well with mixer. Stir
    in
    dissolved
    yeast and egg.
    Add 2 cups flour. Beat
    well. Stir
    in
    enough
    additional flour to make a soft dough.
    Turn out on a floured surface.
    Knead until smooth and elastic,\t8
    to 10 minutes.
    Place in greased bowl.
    Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
