Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. softened oleo
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream oleo, shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs to creamed mixture and stir.
    Add flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt to mixture. Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon.
    Shape dough into round balls.
    Roll balls into sugar-cinnamon mixture.
    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set.
    Immediately remove from cookie sheets!
