Crock-Pot Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can French onion soup
    1 can mushroom gravy
    1 to 2 lb. stew meat/sirloin, cubed
    1 onion, chopped
    5 carrots, peeled and sliced
    5 medium potatoes, cubed
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. water
    1/4 c. Jameson whiskey
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Empty cans of French onion soup and mushroom gravy into crock-pot on low setting.
    Cut meat in cubes and place in crock-pot with 1/4 cup of whiskey and let simmer until meat changes color.
    Add potatoes, carrots, onion and 1 cup of water. Let simmer 1 hour on low setting.
