Red Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw rice
    6 c. boiling water
    3 tsp. salt
    6 slices bacon
    2 onions, chopped fine
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    3 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Cook rice in boiling salted water.
    Cook onions, tomato sauce, tomato paste, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and pepper sauce for 10 minutes on low heat.
    Mix with rice.
    Place in casserole.
    Cook bacon until crisp; sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until rice absorbs all liquid.
