1/2 c. sugar
5 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Heat sugar in small skillet over medium heat, stirring often, until syrup turns an even amber color, about 5 minutes. Divide into 6-ounce custard cups - 10 of them (about 1 teaspoon for each cup). Set cups aside.
