Pineapple-Cheese Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
1 c. evaporated milk (or substitute dairy or nondairy sour cream)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cottage cheese
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, well drained
1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in water.
Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into 1-quart mold; chill until firm.
Makes 8 servings.
