Egg Yolk Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    4 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. lard
    2 egg yolks
    water
Preparation
    Mix together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
    Cut in lard.
    Place egg yolks in cup.
    Fill with water to 3/4 full.
    Add slowly to flour mixture.
    Stir with a fork. Roll out as usual. This freezes well after rolling and put in pan.
    Makes 3 (9-inch) crust shells.
