Hard Times Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    6 large baking potatoes, peeled and cubed
    milk
    salt and pepper
    flour
    1/2 stick butter
    any meat desired or available (optional)
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in a large pan until done.
    Drain 1/2 the juice from the potatoes.
    Add the butter and stir until melted.
