Disappearing Marshmallow Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. mini marshmallows
2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Melt butterscotch chips and butter over medium heat and cool. Add flour,\tbrown
sugar, baking powder, salt, eggs and vanilla, then add mini marshmallows, chocolate chips and nuts. Spread in a 9 x
13-inch
pan.\tBake
at
350\u00b0\tfor
20
to 25 minutes.
The center
will
be
\"jiggly\"\twhen
bars are done. When cool, the center firms up.
Cut into bars.
