Simplified Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices trimmed white bread
    1/2 lb. (+ or -) Cheddar and/or Jack cheese
    6 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Cut or tear bread into 1-inch pieces (forget the butter).
    Mix bread and cheese; pour over mixture of beaten eggs, milk and salt.
    May dot with butter (not necessary).
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 50 minutes or more, so it won't be soggy in the center.
    Easy and great.
