Crock-Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    3 lb. roast
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 envelope brown gravy mix
    2 c. ginger ale
Preparation
    Coat roast with flour and put in pot.
    Mix rest together and pour over the roast.
    Cook 8-10 hours on low.
    Serve over noodles or potatoes.
