Chicken Barbecue Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2-3 lb. fryer, cut up
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing
Preparation
    May brown chicken.
    Arrange chicken, skin side down, in 9 X 13 pan.
    Simmer soup mix and dressing 10 minutes.
    Spread over chicken.
    Marinate one hour or overnight in refrigerator.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, covered.
    Turn; bake 20 minutes longer, uncovered, until brown and tender.
    Baste often.
