Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. steak, cut into small cubes
2 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c. water
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 beef bouillon cube or 1 tsp. granules
2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
2 Tbsp. cornmeal
2 cans beans of choice (I use Bush's chili hot beans)
Preparation

Brown meat in oil.
Add tomato sauce, water and bouillon. Cook 3 minutes.
Add spice, salt, garlic and hot sauce; simmer 40 minutes.
Add beans and cornmeal; simmer for 30 minutes.
