Brie Appetizer Round - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. round fully prepared Brie
2/3 c. coarsely chopped pecans
2 to 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Remove rind from top of cheese, cutting within 1/4 inch of outside edges.
Place cheese on ungreased baking sheet and arrange pecans over top.
Sprinkle with sugar.
