Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 slices bacon, crumbled
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 medium yellow onion
1 head cabbage, core and slice cabbage, cut in half and quarter; slice core diagonally)
1/2 tsp. caraway
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. dry white wine
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Fry bacon in large skillet and remove grease.
Crumble bacon and add all remaining ingredients to skillet and fry until liquid is absorbed and cabbage is done.
