Ingredients

1 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. coarsely crushed potato chips
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Slowly blend in vanilla and flour. Gently mix in potato chips.
Drop by well-rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet and flatten lightly with a fork.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until barely brown on bottom. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool, if desired.
