Marinated Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 c. sugar
    1 can small peas, drained
    1 can corn, drained
    2 cans French-style green beans, drained
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    3 sticks celery, chopped
Preparation
    Bring salt, black pepper, vinegar, oil, water and sugar to a boil; cool.
    Mix all vegetables.
    Stir in cooked mixture and refrigerate.
    Will keep one month.
