Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. pork, cut into pieces
1 egg, lightly beaten
cornstarch (for coating)
2 green onions, cut into 1-inch lengths
2 green peppers, cut into bite size pieces
4 slices pineapple, drained and cut into pieces
1 clove garlic, minced
1 dried hot red pepper, cut into round slices (optional)
1 Tbsp. wine
2 tsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 4 tsp. water

Sweet and Sour Sauce
Preparation

Dip pieces of pork in beaten egg and roll over cornstarch.
Fry in oil over medium heat until light brown.
Drain.
Quickly saute garlic in 3 tablespoons oil, then add red peppers, green peppers, green onions, pineapple and pork.
Stir well.
Sprinkle with wine; stir in Sweet and Sour Sauce and bring to a boil.
While boiling, add dissolved cornstarch and stir well until mixture is thick and clear.
