Teriyaki(Cooking On The Outdoor Grill) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chuck or round steak
1 clove garlic
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
2 Tbsp. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
-
Sprinkle tenderizer on each side of meat (if desired).
Pierce deeply with fork; leave at room temperature for 1 hour.
Cut meat into 1 1/2-inch cubes.
Marinate in mixture of remaining ingredients.
Brush with marinade as they are grilled on gas or charcoal grill.
