Creamed Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (17 oz.) cans creamed corn
1 c. Minute rice
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
Pour into greased 9-inch square baking dish.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
