Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 7 lb. brisket
    2 oz. soy sauce
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef consomme
    1 clove garlic, cut up
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Soak brisket in mixture of all other ingredients for 24 hours, turning once or twice.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours.
    Also good cooked over a charcoal fire.
