Lemon "Cake-Top" Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 egg yolks
    butter (size of egg)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 lemons (juice and rind)
    3 egg whites, beat to soft peaks
    unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Stir well and add beaten egg whites last.
    Place in unbaked crust in hot 450\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
    Turn down to 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
