Oyster Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    2 jars oysters, drained and chopped (save about 2 c. water)
    giblets from turkey, chopped fine
    small amount liver
    1 loaf French bread, stale
    1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 pieces celery, chopped
    6 big toes garlic, chopped
    1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
    3 raw eggs
    pinch of oregano
    approximately 1 tsp. black pepper
    3 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    In large pot, mix together all ingredients.
    Wet bread with oyster water and water.
    Squeeze off excess water.
    Mix with everything else.
    In large frying pan, put 1 cup cooking oil. Heat well, then turn down heat to halfway.
    Put stuffing in pan and fry for 1/2 hour until light brown, stirring constantly. Stuff bird.
    Cover with foil.
    Put it in oven at 350\u00b0 for 5 to 6 hours.
