Easy Caramel Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1/3 c. undiluted milk
    2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt margarine in heavy saucepan.
    Add brown sugar, stirring until smooth.
    Add milk.
    Boil 1 minute over low heat.
    Let cool until lukewarm.
    With mixer, beat in confectioners sugar until frosting is thick.
    Add vanilla.
