Archie'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. mild sausage
1 large onion, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 egg
5 slices loaf bread
little steak sauce
salt to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
Cover meat loaf with ketchup and cover with foil. Uncover for the last 20 minutes and allow to brown.
