Carolina Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. oil
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. milk
Preparation

Cream shortenings; add sugar.
Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add flour and milk.
Add flavorings.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Cool cake before removing from pan.
