Favorite Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    4 crushed crackers
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 small can tomato sauce
    dash of prepared mustard
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar, tomato sauce and mustard and set aside. Thoroughly mix meat, egg, onion, cracker crumbs, salt, pepper and 1/2 tomato mix. Form into loaf and pour remainder of tomato mix on top of loaf. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
