Outback Steakhouse Coconut Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. large raw shrimp
    1/2 c. all purpose flour
    1/2 c. cornstarch
    1 T. salt
    1/2 T. white pepper
    2 T. vegetable oil
    1 c. ice water
    Vegetable oil for frying
    2 c. unsweetened coconut, short shredded
Preparation
    Peel and devein shrimp. Dry well on paper towels and set aside. In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients for batter. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and ice water. Stir to blend.
