Pinto Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dry pinto beans
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic
    1 medium onion
    1 (No. 303) can whole tomatoes
    bacon drippings
    water
    4 to 5 Mexican hot links
Preparation
    Wash beans. Cover with water and add seasonings. Let boil until beans are done. Just before serving, put 4 or 5 cut up Mexican hot links into the beans. Let boil for 5 or 10 minutes longer.
