Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    crushed Cheez-Its crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli 5 minutes in salted boiling water; drain well. Combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs, onion and cheese.
    Add drained broccoli; mix well.
    Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle crackers on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
