Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut

Preparation

Put all
ingredients
in
mixing
bowl; beat well; pour into a tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
