Hamburger Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. coarse ground pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 c. cold water
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    5 Tbsp. Tender Quick salt
Preparation
    Mix well; put into covered bowl and let stand in fridge for 24 hours.
    Make into logs usually five; wrap in foil so it's water tight.
    Put into large pan; cover with cold water.
    Bring to a boil and boil hard for 1 hour.
    Cover with heavy plate when boiling.
