Buckwheat Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buckwheat flour
    1 c. white flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. sugar to each cup of batter
Preparation
    Place buckwheat flour and white flour into a bowl.
    Add enough warm water to make a thin batter.
    Let sour.
    Add soda, baking powder, salt and 1 teaspoon sugar to each cup of batter.
    Fry pancakes until brown.
    Add more flour and water to batter for later use.
