Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 green peppers *
    6 to 10 hot peppers
    6 c. sugar
    1 1/3 c. vinegar (5% acidity)
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. liquid pectin
    2 drops green food coloring *
Preparation
    *Use sweet red peppers and red food coloring if you prefer red color.
