Farmer'S Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. chicken, cut in chunks
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 c. cooked rice, cooked in chicken broth if you stew the chicken or use canned broth
    1 1/2 c. green grapes (fresh in season)
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    1 c. drained pineapple tidbits
    1 c. drained oranges or fresh
    1 c. slivered almonds
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Add and gently toss chicken, oil, orange juice and vinegar. Combine remaining ingredients and refrigerate several hours. Serves 12.
