Zellwood Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated off the cob sweet corn
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Scrape corn from the cob and combine with other ingredients. Pour into a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole and bake at 325\u00b0 for one hour or until set.
    Serves 4 to 6.
