Venison Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tomatoes
    2 large white onions
    1 large bell pepper
    1 red onion
    Mrs. Dash garlic and herb
    1 to 2 lb. venison
    1 stick butter or margarine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil venison
    until
    tender.
    Drain
    off
    water and cut into small pieces
    or
    strips.
    Put
    into a frying pan or iron skillet with
    deep\tsides.\tCut
    up
    tomatoes,
    onion and bell pepper. Add butter\tand stir on high to melt the butter.
    Add salt and pepper
    to taste.
    Keep stirring to prevent burning. Turn stove on medium.
    Cover and let simmer for about 20 or 30 minutes or until done.
