Sugarless Apple Pie - cooking recipe

pastry for 9-inch double pie crust
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) can frozen unsweetened apple juice, thawed
5 to 6 Delicious apples, peeled and sliced
2 Tbsp. butter
nutmeg to taste
Preparation

In a saucepan, stir in flour, cinnamon and salt.
Gradually stir in thawed apple juice.
Heat on low until thickened. Coat apples with the thickened juice and fill the pie shell.
Dot with margarine. Adjust top crust and sprinkle with water and nutmeg. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Lower heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes, longer if necessary.
