Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    4 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 c. warm water (not hot)
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    4 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Stir in sugar, salt and margarine; cool to lukewarm.
    In a small bowl, sprinkle yeast over water.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Stir yeast mixture into lukewarm milk mixture.
    Add 2 1/4 cups flour.
    Beat until smooth.
    Stir in remaining flour. Turn out on lightly floured board.
    Knead until smooth and elastic.
    Place in greased bowl; brush with margarine.
    Cover and let rise in warm place about 1 hour.
    Punch down and turn out on lightly floured board.
