Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 large eggs
2/3 c. + 3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Blend cheese, 1/2 vanilla and 2/3 cup sugar.
Add eggs.
Mix in blender or high speed with mixer.
Pour into buttered 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Place rack below center of oven.
Cool 20 minutes.
Blend vanilla, sugar and sour cream together (do not use blender or mixer).
Pour in center of pie at least 1-inch from sides.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
Let cool.
