Peanutty Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (18 oz.) can sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. packed light brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. marshmallows
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Remove from oven, top with marshmallows.
    Bake 5 minutes longer or until marshmallows are lightly browned.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
