Taffy Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. can crushed pineapple
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 c. diced apples
    2 c. mini marshmallows
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    1 c. peanuts
Preparation
    Drain pineapple juice into saucepan with egg, flour, sugar and vinegar.
    Cook until thick.
    Let mixture cool.
    Pour over fruit and marshmallows.
    Before serving, fold in Cool Whip and peanuts.
