Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. ground pepper (save juice)
    7 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    Boil peppers, vinegar and sugar briskly 3 to 5 minutes.
    Add 1 bottle Certo; boil briskly for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Set, cool, skim, put in jars and seal.
    Add green coloring.
