Ingredients

8 large eggs
1 qt. fresh milk
3 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1/4 lb. butter
Preparation

Melt the butter in a 12 x 16-inch pan.
Mix the milk and eggs thoroughly with a beater.
Add the sugar, salt and flour.
Pour this mixture over the melted butter.
Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve with maple syrup, jelly or butter.
