Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 medium potatoes
melted butter or margarine
seasoned salt
Preparation

Wash and scrub potatoes; cut lengthwise into 8 pieces each. Coat with melted margarine.
Sprinkle with seasoning.
Place in ovenproof pan large enough to accommodate all potatoes.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
